Phil Dodge (born 26 September 1973) is an American racing driver, best known for his time racing in the British Touring Car Championship for Vauxhall.

British Touring Car Championship[]
With the creation of the STSR British Touring Car Championship in 1991, Dodge signed for the Dave Cook Racing ran Vauxhall Sport team driving a Cavalier. Driving alongside Irish driver Matt Hull, the Cavalier under performed compared to the pre-season expectations. Dodge missed the majority of the season after only competing in 4 meetings with a best finish of 8th at Silverstone. Dodge finished the season in 14th place in the championship.
